Mr. Myrick Leonard has made his appearance! He arrived on March 19th, 2010 at 9:38pm.
I had originally planned on doing a post about Micah and I's five year anniversary that day, but I was a bit busy laboring! We're planning on celebrating some day this summer instead, so I'll do a post then! :)He was 7lbs 10.5 oz, 20.5 inches long, and adorable!
Oh, and just in case you were worried, no, he did not come at week 22. It was actually week 42, and I do still plan on getting posts up about my pregnancy weeks just as soon as I'm able.

LOVE your title! So exciting that he's finally here! I didn't realize that you were two weeks overdue (I think because of reading all the posts from earlier in your pregnancy) until Joy told me. That must have been so hard to wait! He is adorable, wish I could hold him :) . It is amazing how light newborns feel--just wait a few months when Myrick is a hefty 4 month old, and then hold a newborn. It's like, "woah, my baby was really that small?!" Treasure every moment! I know you will :) . Can't wait to hear your birth story!!!! I love reading those!
Great to see the close up pic! Plan to be in your town sometime after Friday and before the 16th ...would love to meet him if I can.
If mama is still in cocoon phase, that'll be totally fine too. Congrats!!!
