Ok, once again, I have started a NEW system to get things done! (Big shock, I know!) I was doing Fly Lady, but the e-mails were overwhelming me. So, now I'm on to motivated moms. You can check it out on http://www.motivatedmoms.com/.
It seems to be going pretty well for me....we'll see how I like it once I get passed the first week.
What system, if anything, do you ladies use to keep yourself organized, to get work done, to keep you motivated? I'm always so facinated by these things, so do share!

I made my own version of motivated moms that I print on my computer every Sunday and fill in with my meal plan and extra stuff we have going on. I like breaking things into small portions each day and keeping up with things so that the house feels semi-clean most days. That has been working for me recently.
Rachel, do you do just one sheet a week? Then do you just hang it on the fridge or something? Part of the reason I like MM so much, is that I get to cross things off! :)
Jeremy came up with a good system for us with meals. We do all of our grocery shopping on Saturday morning; before we go we decide what meals we're going to make that weekend and the week to follow and make our list accordingly. I know we've been doing this for at least a couple of months now--I really like it! It is totally less stressful not having to worry about deciding what to make every other day or so, and sure beats running out to the store last minute around Hayley's schedule. If we do run out of milk before Sat. then Jeremy just picks it up on his way home from work.
As for cleaning, I don't really have a schedule. I don't think I could stick to one either. Having people over for dinner really helps ensure the house gets really clean! I guess there are things that I just know I have to do every day, then there are things I do weekly. Stuff gets done somehow :) . One of my friends came up with a motto for herself, and I don't remember it exactly, but it had to do with the fact that she never regrets doing chores, so that motivates her to spend more time cleaning and such knowing that she'll feel much better when she's done.
